At The Core is a new and innovative physiotherapy and wellbeing practice set up by sports coach Paul Tisdale, his wife Julia and their business partner, physiotherapist Adey Saunderson.  Originating in Bath, with the clinic in Walcot Street, the business has quickly expanded into London.  At The Core services are designed to help patients find relief from pain and inflammation, especially associated with arthritis and musculoskeletal conditions, so that they can enjoy an active life. At The Core also offers performance coaching as part of its suite of services. Not only for professional athletes and sports teams, an At The Core performance coaching programme also provides great benefit to businesses seeking a performance improvement solution.

Hi, I am Ray Kelvin, founder of Global Life Style Brand, Ted Baker and more recently At the Core, Primrose Hill, along with my wife Clare. For over 15 years, I suffered from chronic Psoriatic Arthritis, which affected my hands, ankles and many of the small skeletal joints. This caused incredible discomfort and pain, which affected my daily quality of life.

Having tried all forms of medication to manage pain & inflammation, nothing was particularly effective.
I was introduced to MBST, a Magnetic Resonance treatment.Naturally, I was sceptical, but I had run out of options, so having nothing to lose, I gave it a chance. Within two sessions, I couldn’t believe the improvement. Years of pain immediately eased, and the benefits to my life were enormous. Now, more than three years on, I no longer require prescribed medication or anti-inflammatory drugs.

We have jointly founded At The Core, Primrose Hill, for others to have the opportunity to improve all forms of inflammatory diseases, musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.

We sincerely hope you, too, will enjoy an improved quality of life.

Clare Kelvin

Clinic Owner, Primrose Hill

After personally experiencing the relief that MBST® therapy brought to her husband's hands, Clare was inspired to be part of At The Core and help those suffering from the debilitating effects of arthritis in North London. Driven by the visible improvements in patients' physical and emotional wellbeing Clare and her team are delighted to bring MBST® therapy to Primrose Hill.

Paul Tisdale

Founder

Paul first encountered MBST® through trusted medical professionals within the elite sports industry, and was fascinated by the remarkable response athletes were experiencing following treatment. Further research led Paul to discover that MBST® treated anyone of any age, non-invasively and with no reported side effects. Knowing this, Paul decided to develop a physiotherapy and wellbeing clinic to support the use of MBST® technology.

Richard Evans

Physiotherapist, Primrose Hill

Having worked with MBST therapy since 2008 in Spain, its use as a physiotherapy adjunct is what attracted him to join the team At The Core, in particular, its ability to reduce inflammation and eliminate pain so that patients can get back to exercising pain-free. Richard joined the team in August 2022, practicing at the Primrose Hill clinic.  His passion for unconventional environments has seen him work with patients from diverse backgrounds, spanning elite sport, private healthcare, and the NHS across 3 continents. Always placing the holistic development of patients at the centre of his practice, Richard is aware of the physical demands placed upon individuals in their day to-day pursuits and passions and that pain can have a negative impact on activity.
